Hallo, ich habe heute dieses Forum gefunden und hoffe, dass ihr mir weiterhelfen könnt. Ich bin das letzte Mal vor dem Jahrtausendwechsel geflogen und nun packt mich das Reisefieber wieder, um meiner Austauschfamilie von damals einen Besuch abzustatten. Dazu habe ich bereits einen Flug von Brüssel über Amsterdam nach Montreal gebucht. Das erste Segment ist ein "Teilflug", den ich nicht brauche. Es handelt sich um eine Zugfahrt von Brüssel nach Amsterdam (AccesRail). Nun habe ich in den ABB von KLM gelesen, dass alle Teilflüge absolviert werden müssen, will man vermeiden, dass nachfolgende Teilsegemente von der Airline storniert werden. Ich habe mich dazu im Netz informiert und bin über diverse Urteile zum Cross-Ticketing gestolpert. Es nützt mir aber nichts, wenn diese Urteile von der Airline nicht anerkannt werden, da ich nicht die Ressourcen habe, vor Ort ein neues Ticket zu kaufen, nachdem ich das erste Teilsegment auf gut Glück verfallen lassen habe. Dennoch handelt es sich hier um einen speziellen Fall. Der erste Teilflug ist eine Zugfahrt - ich erhalte laut accesrail.com ein Zugticket am Schalter gegen Vorlage meines E-Tickets. Ich frage mich nun, ob KLM in Amsterdam prüft, bzw. prüfen kann, ob ich die Zugfahrt angetreten habe. Bitte lacht nicht, evtl. ist cross-ticketing mittlerweile erlaubt, ich habe absolut keine Erfahrung mehr in solchen Dingen, da ich zehn Jahre nicht geflogen bin. Hat evtl. jemand von euch Erfahrungen mit KLM und/oder Accesrail? Kann ich das erste Segment gefahrlos verfallen lassen, ohne dass mir die Airline den Rest der Reise kündigt? When you arrive in AMS, you will need to go through normal checkin. At checkin they will ask you for the train ticket + validate if it's stamped / controlled / ... by the train. The Checkin desk then has to call a supervisors number and confirm the train segment, upon which the supervisor will unlock your further itinerary. All in all rather cumbersome and really important to stick to your train ticket (and make sure it is stamped by the Train Manager). KL checkin staff is pretty stringent about this train segment (as they are aware of the lower prices and thus the possible abuse).
Weiterhin interessiert mich, ob ich das E-Ticket der KLM gegen ein Zugticket auch in Brussel Nord oder Brussel Central eintauschen kann. Bisher lese ich nur etwas von einem Service-Point der KLM/AF in Brussel Süd/Midi. Auf http://accesrail.com/dutch-/-belgian-rail-tickets.html wird behauptet, dass E-Tickets an allen (?) Stationen in Belgien getauscht werden können, und im speziellen: "Tickets to/from Brussels Midi are also valid to/from Brussels Central and Brussels North Stations." http://www.klm.com/travel/travel_en/pla ... ticket.htm hingegen spricht nur über die "Departure Today Zone" in Brussel Midi (ZYR) und über den "International Desk" in Antwerpen (ZWE). Auf meinem E-Ticket ist ZYR vermerkt. Ich gehe momentan davon aus, dass ich das Segment benutzen muss. Da ich mit dem Reisebus Brüssel erreiche, stellen sich mir zwei Fragen / Möglichkeiten: - Kann ich das E-Ticket in Brussel Nord / Busbahnhof direkt tauschen, oder muss ich dazu unbedingt nach Brussel Midi? - Bekäme ich auch in Antwerpen (ZWE) ein Zugticket gegen mein E-Ticket getauscht und würde dies dann von KLM akzeptiert? Hallo, jetzt ist deine Anfrage fast ein jahr her und keiner hat dir geholfen ;-( Vielleicht kannst du mit mit deinen Erfahrungen weiterhelfen. Ich stehe vor einem ähnlichen Problem. ich könnte über Amsterdam nach Bkk fliegen für 2000€, starte ich aber mit dem Zug von Antwerpen bezahle ich für das Ticklet nur 500€. Ich muss offiziel die teilstrecken nutzen, aber wird das kontrolliert? und kann ich auf dem Rückflug einfach am Flughafen mein Gepäck schnappen und sonst wie weiter nach Hause fahren ohen den Umweg über Antwerpen zu nehmen? Freue mich über Feedback
