Ich habe bei skyeurope vor einem Jahr ein Ticket nach Paris für Februar 2009 gekauft. Der Preis war 1 Cent, die Taxes waren 25,75 Euro. Da man später im Jahr 2008 nicht mehr sicher sein konnte, ob es skyeurope im Februar 2009 noch gibt, habe ich mir bei einer anderen airline ein neues Ticket gekauft und skyeurope das unbenutzte Ticket zur Erstattung der Taxes eingereicht. Nach mehrmaligen Erinnerungen habe ich folgende Antwort bekommen: Be please kindly informed, that in case passenger did not use the flight and the services of particular airport or she/he do not wish to use it, we are not allowed to suppress the amount paid as airport taxes lowered by the amount of administration fee of 30?/48CHF/240DKK/21GBP/864CZK/1140SKK per person. In your reservation airport taxes are 25.75.-EUR and the administration fee is 30.-EUR The administration fee is in this case higher than airport taxes. Dürfen die adminstration fees eigenmächtig so hoch ansetzen?
