United’s Contract of Carriage applies to all travel on United and United Express. Redemption Instructions 1. To redeem online go to united.com and enter your flight information, travel dates and any other search criteria. In the Offer Code box, enter your Promotion Code (13TCVA) and PIN and click “Search”. You will be asked to enter the last name of the certificate owner. Select your preferred itinerary and continue through the purchase process until you get to the Payment Information page. On the Payment Information page, the PIN will already be entered in the "Redeem a Travel Certificate" section. To redeem the certificate, you must select "Apply". The discount will then be deducted, and you will be able to complete your purchase of the discounted fare. 2.
